WHERE'S MY POT?
A customer came to a recent estate sale early in the day on Friday and bought several different items located throughout the home.
Something had caught her eye as she was walking out and she stopped and stared for a moment or two then quietly left the location.
A few hours later, she walked back in the door and walked up to me (with customers all around) and politely asked, "Where's my pot?"
While I knew exactly what she was talking about, this quickly caught the attention of many of our current visitors and while I would like to have played this on much longer, my reply was short and to the point... "You mean the gardening pot that was near the front door a few hours ago, right?"
She quickly nodded and I explained the garden pot had sold about 30 minutes to her coming back.
While she was disappointed, we all enjoyed her well meaning words...
